If you aren't here for 'all people being beautiful and worthy', I'm not sure why you popped up in the comments.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

But even more importantly than that, being fit and trim does not help with the work people need to do internally to love themselves, and be respectful of others regardless of their weight.

Just because someone is 140lbs or 400lbs doesn't make them any less worthy or love and/or a relationship.

We are all human, we are all worthy.

No one is asking you to involve yourself with people you don't want to, but what will be asked of you is to respect the fact that if they are happy and content living their life as they choose to, let them, without shame.
