I am right there with you, when I started making healthier choices, with food, and taking care of my mental and emotional health, I certainly gained weight.

I traded wine and diet soda, for real filing foods. I let go of anxiety and shame that suppressed my appetite, and instead embraced healing and self-love.

It’s been said that I’ve ‘let myself go’, but I wouldn’t do it any differently.
